The Deep Foundations Institute (hereafter referred to as DFI) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. DFI respects the privacy of all individuals who visit our Web site. The following policy is intended to explain how DFI uses personal and other information obtained by or provided to DFI from Web site users and visitors. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, street, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers, billing information, click-through activity, and any other personal information provided. DFI Website Informational Request Forms / E-Commerce
Our site’s registration forms require users to give us contact information (like name and email address), method of payment, and demographic information. We use customer contact information from the registration forms to send the user information about our association. The customer’s contact information is also used by DFI for contact with the visitor when necessary for DFI-related business. Information regarding method of payment is collected for member enrollment, registration and to process orders for products and services.
DFI does maintain co-operative relationships with several industry associations and organizations. DFI will make collected contact information available to such organizations if it is determined that the use of said information by said organizations may be of interest to the contact list as a whole.
DFI does not partner with or have special relationships with ad server companies.
DFI will not sell information gathered from our website.
